I want to be the Lamb's bride

pure and holy

because my God is holy

I want to be Your pure virgin 

in a white dress

waiting for the day that the Bridegroom cometh home

I want to be Your spotless dove

to share a pure and holy love

that no one but You could ever show

the Lamb had a bride before

but she's been a whore

and her affections were after the world

she couldn't see the Lion

when she beheld the Lamb

so He wept over her that day

then He showed His new bride the way
