I want to be changed

Jesus I want to be changed

           I want a new heart and a new name

I've lived a life of which I'm ashamed

        You've called me home from the same

now You call me to live this life for You

              You call me to do the things You would do

what can I say of the change in my heart

          I know that You're working on me

I've failed, I've fallen, but You still have grace

         though I'm struggling my Lord please just breath into my face

I want to be made new even in suffering

             even in strife

I pray that You would be my all in all

          Lord I give You my life

I forgive all who cause pain

              I forgive all who cause shame

I forgive all those who sin against me oh Lord

        for they could never do what I've done to You

Lord won't You change me

            remake me oh please!

I need You oh God,

               I'm here on my knees

I know that I'm weak Lord

           I know my great need

just come and reshape me

           I beg and I plead
