I do not miss the life I used to live no
I don't miss what I used to be
because I know my Savior lives in me

the girl I used to kiss
how could I miss that life
when now I know what true love is
how could I miss those nights,
when my LORD gave me a new life
there's a garden for me in paradise
and I will walk with the one I love who fills my heart's great need
I will walk with Jesus who for my life does plead

I don't miss the laughter or the pain
I don't miss talking to the world
when Jesus is always listening oh so sweetly
I could not miss
that life I used to live before I knew you
but now you know me, you have set me free
you would have taken that cross even if it was just for me.
I'm so grateful LORD that I'm not the only one
now all that I wanna do is go fourth to share the name of your Son
I want to sing it to the world,
